Obtained law degree from QUT in 1992.
Admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1992.
Also admitted as solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.
Member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, a professional body dedicated to fighting for people’s rights, and member of what was known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
Admitted to full equity partnership 2003 in what was then the largest law firm on the GC heading up PI department.
Became a Qld Law Society Accredited Specialist in PI Law in 2003.

Married with 2 girls aged 8 and 11.
